From reading many, many awe-inspiring and humbling posts from many extraordinary nurses here, I too was empowered to change jobs (after 21 yr at the same facility, same dept!!). I'd read of so many who had the courage to make major career and life changes, and I thought, "why not me?? THEY survived and are the better for it, I can too."

Thanks and kudos to all who read and post, and especially those who build and maintain this site. You are always affecting lives.
