Changing user title

I want to know how Cardiac got ball and chain under her name and how Marie got black sheep under hers... Where would one go to to do that????

Change ing user title is easy!
Go to User CP on gold toolbar.
Click Edit Profile
look at second section, Optional Information
Custom User Title
....add new name and click reset.

Custom User Title:
This is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts. Check the 'Reset' box if you wish to use the the default title for your usergroup and post count. If you choose to use a custom title, please keep it tasteful and not offensive.

Your current user title is
Co-Administrator Reset
Custom User Title:

Dont forget to click "SAVE CHANGE" bottom of page.
