For the last two days I have been having problems with this site. Sometimes it takes minutes to get to a page, sometimes I get a page that says unable to access due to problems with the site or my internet connection. I know it's not my connection because I have no problems with any other site. Just wondering.

Yes, sometimes it's fine and then it will take forever for a page to load or it won't load at all.

You should try being in the chat room. I must have gotten kicked out 10 times, and then it takes forever and a day to log back in...

Yep, I've experienced it too . . . . . but it happens so rarely that it doesn't bother me. I think they have been doing some upgrades.

I am glad it is not just me. Sometimes it takes minutes to download my response to a post and other times I get a message saying that this website is unavailable. Maybe we just have too many people posting at the same time.

Me too. I'm pretty sure it's not my computer because when I go to other websites there's no problem.

There must be something wrong with the server.

Yup...something's up (or down) with this site the past few days for sure.

It must be the Database Administrator's fault. It's ALWAYS the DBA's fault. Anyone want to guess what I did for 15 years before moving into nursing?

Hi everyone, sorry for the errors and the pages timing out. Thanks for reporting the problems, we like to know when your user experience is suffering so we can fix the issue. We have recently upgraded our servers and trying to find the optimal solution.

We have been working with support over the past few days with these issues. This morning, we made some significant changes and so far that I can tell it has improved dramatically.

Please report back whether or not things have improved or not. Your feedback is invaluable!
