Allnurses.com...I agree is the best!

I believe allnurses.com is the best. A place for nurses to come to get support and motivation, to obtain clinical information, to share thoughts, to problem solve, to vent, and to learn from others in the field who are "there" right now, in the trenches. Thanks allnurses,com....for being there for us.

I, too really enjoy AllNurses.com. I just happened to run across this site when doing research one day and am totally hooked.

I have garnered much needed info regarding different opinions on very sensitive subjects and have made many friends.

Thank you, Brian for your innovative idea!!

I 'made the switch' from AOL nurses to Allnurses and it was like day and night. This site has been a place for camaraderie and healing from an extreme nursing burnout and depression, for me.

A few years back we had a few problem people...who got very cliqueish and snotty to those who were not 'in their group'. But they got mad and left...the mods here are very good at their jobs and I'm glad to come to a civil site where rudeness, belittling and the like are not tolerated.

Other sites are not so welcoming and friendly, nor as well moderated.

Kudos Brian and mods!! .

Well I'm doing a flipflop in a few weeks time. Lately I feel it is getting back like 'old times' here (see above) and I am feeling irritated more than anything else when I come here...so...time to leave. Life is too short!!

Bye all...keep fighting the good fight!! But remember to be nice to other nurses!

You are really right; life is very short. Take a break....take care of yourself.

If the "itch" to come back gets to you there, come on back and say "hey".

I still think this is the greatest nursing site there is! I have seen some really great people join us and bring so much to the site---and some of the "oldies" really are like a Rock Of Gibraltar to me......

Really, I am have never been happier w/how things are going than right now.

Godspeed. Take care, mattsmom. Hope to see you back one day.
