What degree does your administrator have?

They are looking for a new Director at my agency. Have said the director will need a Masters Degree. I know that there are other agencies where the administrator does not hold a Masters.

our DPS just got her masters within the past 18months.

Masters. They are pushing for everyone to have BScN's here, so it makes sense that mgmt have Masters...
