transition to Home Health Care

Hi, i used to work Hospice/Home Health in NJ 4 yrs ago. the past 4 years I have been working SNFs in FL. And I really think I am ready to go back to home care. I will be interviewing within the next week. Anyone have any insights, tips, or info they can help me with on reentering home health care? Anyone know what the pay is like for full time and per diem Medicare visits especially here in Tampa area? Thanks so much!!!!

The biggest thing is the paperwork. Were you in hh pre-Oasis? If not, that will be a big thing to learn. I have no idea about rates for visits in the Tampa area. From what I have found the rates vary a great deal even in the same area.
