Skilled orientation for nurses...

I THINK I found a good company for HH. Well, their orientation for new employees is on Friday- all day. They said it wasn't the usual orientation but it was a "skilled orientation". Anyone know what this consists of? I'm assuming they want to test our skills in person- right?

Re: Skilled orientation for nurses...

They may have just been distinguishing between skilled nurses and nursing assistants. But I would more likely think they are planning to do skills testing. I would call the office and ask for clarification. Sure wouldn't want to walk into a day including skills testing without knowing about it.
