I'm an LPN and I'm going to my first interview with a HH agency. What are some of the things I should be asking about?

Well, a few biggies leap to mind...

1. Mileage or company car?
2. on call--who and how often
3. case load/visits per day (since as an LPN you can't do admissions)
4 . Charting-paper or computer
5. Orientation--by whom and for how long (HH is NOT as easy as
many folks think it--ask anyone on this forum!!!)

I'm very new to HH. To be honest, I was under the impression that I would visit several patients in one day, but at the company I interviewed at, you sit with one patient per shift. Possibly that's because I want night shift - but it really sounds kind of boring.
