Need some advice

Okay this is not medical advice this is career advice. I work per deim at a high volume and high aquity teaching hospital, well they have filled all avaliable positions with a new grads, so they are cutting my hours. I have only ever worked in Labor and delivery. What do i need to do to prepare myself, I am considering taking a pt position to supplement what time I am loosing at the hospital. I am applying for a case manager position. I have no idea what that intells, I am interviewing today. They said I will not be doing any skilled nursing, just case manager and there are billable and nonbillable hourse ( again no idea) If you are familiar with these billable and nonbillable hours let me know.

Re: Need some advice

Did you get the position? Just wanted to say that these people will be aware that you are unfamiliar with this area and should be taking time to thoroughly train you for this work. Hope things have worked out for you.
