Unhappy IPS/PPS

Hello to all my fellow home health nurse friends. I have been in home health a little over a year. working 30-40 hour weeks. per deim. I dont get to alot of staff meetings as I am filling in when the primarys are in meetings.
I have been out of work one month due to my husbands recent surgery.
Now to my question.
I am out of the loop on this up coming pps and ips, understanding it is going to affect reinbursement heavily.
I would appreciate any links, information, readings etc. you could refer so I may stay on top. I have really enjoyed the postings and am keeping a file on money saving ideas for our agency.
THANKS, SUSAN
