Hyperbaric Oxygen & Home Health

I have a question about the appropriateness of Home Health with patients who are going out to Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy 5xweek.
We deal with two seperate wound care centers, both offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Here is my question...If the patient is going out for therapy monday-friday and requires wound vac to be changed 3 x week is it appropriate for home health to be going in to change the wound vac.
One of the wound centers we work with tells me that it is a duplication of services and home health is not appropriate if the patient is going to hyperbaric wound therapy and they change the wound vac. The other wound center they work with says nursing is still required to see patient because they don't change the wound vac when the patient goes for hyperbaric therapy. Anyone ever run into this before?

Yes I have seen this before and it is very frustrating. I have seen the service denied but paid elsewhere.
