Home Health journal?

I've been a nurse for about 18 years, been in Home Health for about 12 and am looking for a journal specifically about Home Health [USA or Britain].
We do have some inservices, Tuesday a wound care on that will run 4 hours and I expect will be good, but I would like more new up to date info. If not targeted to Home Health, is the Nursing 2003 as good as it used to be? Anyone reccomend anything? Thanks,
