Question Home health in Florida

Hi I am going to be working per diem for home health soon. I used to do it 4 years ago and I am somewhat familiar with OASIS. My questions are: anyone familiar with Heartland Home HealthCare. I may possibly go fulltime, either there or someplace else. I currently work in LTC. And for anyone out there who moonlights in a different specialty do you trouble "shifting gears". Thanks

Hi, I just wanted to drop you a few lines to let you know that there is an heartland home health & ltcf here in sw florida. I didn't go to work there because they had the lowest going payrate in my area. That was a year ago. Wish I could offer more info. but please let us know how it goes. I'm always looking for the best hh agency.
