HH straight out of school? Possible for LPN?

Hi there. I am wondering have any of you gotten a job in home health straight out of LPN school? Are you required to have experience? Looking on some job posts, some say 1 year and some say n/a so I am not sure of the majority. I am in Florida. Also, can you count your school clinicals as experience when creating your first resume? Thanks for any input! I want your 2 cents!

School clinicals do not count as experience as far as I know. I work in HH and I personally don't think you should do HH without a years experience in an area like med/surg. Will someone hire you? That's a different story altogether. Problem is if an agency is that desparate for help then they can't keep help... for some good reason and that would be an agency I would want to stay away from. Get one years experience under your belt and you'll do great at HH. It's nursing best kept secret BTW
