Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum, so help me out please. I have an offer to work as a RN home health care case manager for Beaumont hospital in Troy, Michigan.

Here's my question...I have been in the home health care field since 1994. Does anyone have any idea of what my salary should be and also what types of bonuses I should be getting or asking for?
