Hi all
I have just assumed admin responsibility for HHC dept in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
This is attached to a hospital and follows up pts we send home. No Medicare regs, billing or 485s etc which is the good news
Bad news is they have been using hospital inpt forms to document which of course doesnt work
If anyone can send me via fax copies of the forms they use I will be very grateful
This would be admission assessment forms, daily visit, anything else, documenting ongoing wound care etc etc.
I worked in medicare hhc in FL for 7 years and loved it
Now in charge of ambulatory care here and also now hhc.
