Corporate Compliance help

Does anyone out there have a Corporate Compliance plan? I'm trying to create one following the Federal Register. OF course anything from the governement is complicated and difficult. Are there any good resources? I need all the help I can get! Thanks in advance!

Corporate Compliance, as in Vol.63, No. 152 Friday August 7, 1998 of the Federal Register, Corporate Compliance for Home Health Agencies from the office of the Inspector General Department of Health and Human Services. That Corporate Compliance.
