Im a senior in high school, and my first couple of years I didnt do so well(the i'm not going to college thing), but over a short period of time things changed, and now Im afraid even if I keep a 4.0 in college, I wont get accepted into my local CRNA school. What do any of you think? Im so worried right now...

Graduate programs (like MSN/CRNA programs) generally don't ever see your high school transcripts. College will start a clean slate for you. You just have to keep your head screwed on straight this time around.

I've attended 4 different colleges (all undergrad, working on my second bachelor's currently), and only the first one asked for high school transcripts. Once you've achieved a certain number of college credits - even if it's at a CC - they don't care how you did in HS. Graduate schools certainly don't. Do well in undergrad though - a bad GPA there can haunt you for a while.

most anesthesia programs really on look at the 2nd half of your college credits as well.

Don't Worry. My sister graduated from high school with a 1.6 GPA. (very smart girl, just wasn't motivated at the time) She got her Associates degree at a Community College and barely passed with a 2.0. (Again, she was young and while she passed her general education and nursing classes, her GPA was not high) When she went back for her BSN a few years ago she was a little older and really focused. She graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a great nurse and is currently in CRNA school doing very well. You'll be fine.
