I'm new to this site, I've been reading a lot of the threads and it seems like the majority of people who have gone to grad schools are 30+ years old
I always hoped to go to grad school 1-1.5 years after undergrad, is this possible, and if it is, will it be harder for me considering I dont have much RN experience.

I started crna school 2 weeks after getting my BSN, and less than 2 yrs RN experience

i had almost exactly two years experience, but only one year of critical care. don't stress about your age, in the end it's only a small factor. if you are mature and can handle stress, age isn't an issues.
