Anyway, i'll be glad to get the "show on the road". Keep in touch.

Re: Starting TWU Fall 2006?

Hello-- I'll be attending TWU in the fall 2006.. Just curious to know if there are many/any papers to write? I know the science stuff will be a bear but lengthy research projects i tend to worry about. Silly i know. Thanks in advance for your help.
B.

Ditto that.

I'd like to see a side-by-side comparison of TWU and TCU from others who considered and were accepted to both schools.

THE CLASS OF 2008!! Sounds pretty sweet!! (NOT AS SWEET AS 2007!!)
Just kidding guys. First off congratulations to all of you and you truly picked the best school to go to. I don't know TCUs program so I can't speak on the quality there. They do have our old program director at TCU but we have what no other school in the country has and that's good ole' DR REINKE. All I can say is study. And when you feel you've studied enough, STUDY SOME MORE!!! Go ahead and get it in your head that you are going to study ALOT. I was never a much of a person who studied alot; it changed quickly. Jenniek, my classmate, will tell you. The benefits are immeasurable though. TWU doesn't train you to pass boards. We train you to be the best. Period. In a year where the board pass rate dropped like a rock this year, we scored in the 97th percentile (national average was 90). Wesleyan is one of only a few schools to put our results on the website. So if you want a side-by-side comparison, ask a TCU student what there results were (and I don't mean that in a mean way) because you need to know. I think their first class just took boards this winter so they should have the results. If anybody has a questions of me or Jenniek, ask us. Its not a problem. And no we're not giving out test questions.
1st piece of advice. TAKE ORGANIC CHEM THIS SUMMER. I know they offer you a chem class and you should take it and audit an org chem class. It will help alot and give you more time to study for A&P.

Okay. Looks like the gauntlet has been thrown down by a TWU cheerleader. Anybody from TCU going to stand up and defend their school's honor?

Yell leader would probably be more appropriate (like Texas A&M). No gauntlets been thrown. Just stating facts. The only way you can compare two schools is A) Ask the anesthesia providers across the country about what type of product each school puts out (which isn't realistic) and B) Board pass rates. So just ask both schools and see what they say.
