Ok. So I am currently working in the OR. I've been doing this for about 6 months. Previously worked in ICU for 1.5 yrs. In school my GPA was 3.2. I'm taking the GRE and studying my butt off for it... Anybody got any recommendations to increase my chances. I can't take CCRN b/c I've been in the OR for awhile and I don't have the critical care hours... I'm very good at interviewing so I'm not really worried about that. I just need some advice and prayers!!! Thanks so much!!! And going back to the unit isn't an option right now. Moving to Cali from MO in Dec and I don't wanna switch jobs. Don't think that'll look good on my resume...
