Hello all!
I have an interview with Samuel Merrit this Friday and was wondering if you could give me some pointers? I have heard that this interview process they mostley want to get to know "You". Is that true?

Yep, it's true. Just had my interview today. Just be yourself. No trick questions. Great group of people that really try to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
