Is anyone here a current student at Samford University or University of Alabama? If you are, how would you rate the program? Do they seem like they try to weed students or do they give you all the resources you need to be successful? I understand both programs are frontloaded. Are the clinical sites far from the school.

Re: Samford University

I attend Samford and am very impressed with the program. We have a new Director who is very well known Nationally. Samford is not a program that "weeds" out students. Just the opposite is true. All of the instructors are more than willing to assist you in any way gain the knowledge you need to be successful. Clinical sites are in state and within a reasonable driving distance. You would not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to attend this program.

Best of luck on your journey!

Thank you! This really helps me narrow down my choices of schools.
