Hi Jasy,
I did call them for the interview and they said that my experience is too limited to be selected for early interview ( I just have six months experience right now). they told me that they may consider me for the regular interview probably in June. My GRE is 1310/1600 and GPA is 3.84. what is ur gpa and GRE.

Hey Jasy,
I took GRE in december of 2003 when I was in India. I scored 580 in verbal and 730 in quantitative, essay 3.5. Originally I had come to US as a foreign student to study for MS. then I changed my plans and finished AAS in nursing.I work in Med/surg combined ICU. what other schools have you applied in? good luck to you as well.

Hey Singh,
I applied to University of New England and Samuel Meritt college. Did u try there? Actually Samuel meritt looking purely at numbers ie GPA (3.5) and GRE (1200). But BSN will give lot of options interms of schools, by the way I did the same thing as u did, I took my old GRE in 2002 in India, new one, I took recently cant believe that I scored only 600 in quants, ofcourse i didnt practice but still...I am In the same boat I quit masters in between. I understand ur mindset. If not this year I will get in by fall 2009.

Hi Jasy,
I am currently applying in only those colleges who are starting their program in january of 2009. I f I don't get in I will look for the universities having their program started in fall 2009. Did you say that Samuel Merritt don't care about experience much and just look at your GPA and GRE? If that's the case I will go for it in next fall. Other big obstacle I am seeing in the future is cost of attending anesthesia school. have you made any plans about that? By the way where are you from in India? I am from Punjab.
