Red face pre-school melt down

I am a few months away from starting school...
Finances, mortgage, life, health and love are soooo stressfull.Moving to an unfamiliar place...I just want to throw it out there that I have had quite a few meltdowns..gettting prepared for school...I feel like I am on a strange balance of super high thinking" yes!" I will be done in a few years... then the prep of getting student loans, applying for scholarships and writing essays...ahhh it hasn't stopped! I can't forget the transition of being able to spend money without having to think too much...To a lifestyle change of top ramen and microwave burritos again..being broke..anxiety!...questioning my decision of how prepared I will be...I just need to hurry up and get started...anyone else feel this way?WHOOOOAH!!!!! School can't start soon enough!

Red face Re: pre-school melt down

I can absolutely relate to your feelings. Although I'm not having to move I still find myself becoming very anxious about finances, lifestyle changes, etc. I have three children and a spouse that works as well as travels alot...his job is somewhat unstable at this point. I know things will work out, but I can't wait to just get it all started. I'm trying to make myself enjoy this time before school as much as possible because I know that I will miss it dearly once it's gone. Good luck to you!! We're all in the same boat.

Re: pre-school melt down

I can relate to your feelings of anxiety! Starting school again after being a working professional for over 20 years with an abrupt stop to income is beginning to take its toll on my excitement of finally starting on the road to accomplishing a long awaited goal. I am ready to get started so we can begin the countdown! Good luck to you !

Re: pre-school melt down

I can relate to all of your posts. This was my first semester back, and I have had many changes in my life in the last few years. I was so nervous and scared until I had taken two exams, but I am going to say, it has been like a second salvation for me. I had an awsome first semester back. Just remember, you can do it.

I am so right there with you. I am extremely excited about starting this new chapter of life, but I am a total stressball about getting all those ducks in a row so to speak. I just take comfort in the fact that I have very supportive people in my life. Go Frogs!
