patho?

just a quick question. do most, or any CRNA programs require pathophysiology? just wondering-thanks

UAB does require undergrad patho.

As most undergrad BSN degrees require some form of a general pathophys class, it is up to the individual programs to decide what the entrance requirements are. Now, if you are asking about whether it is required for the programs post admission- then I can only speak for mine. We just finished a general pathology course and are expected to integrate this base of general info for applications specific to anesthesia. (Integrated course content)

Oakland University requires BOTH physiology and pathophysiology be taken within 7 years of application to the program.
