You probably have so many credits now that you on your third degree, a C in toxiocology is irrelevent. I had a C in a BSN nursing course and another in stats and still made it. I think that having a multiple degrees helps as well. I didn't have a high GPA or GRE but I did have 2 degrees and solid ICU experience. Having a Masters I would almost gaurantee that you get accepted on the first go around once you get some good experience.
