Need advice on financing + contracts

Hi all of you out there. I need some advice on financing anesthesia school. I'm wondering, I spoke with someone at a big anesthesia group and want to weigh all my options. Not sure if I want to sign a contract but don't want to leave any stone unturned. Also as for the loans, I will need a large alternative loan, if one has good credit, can one get a loan for the max amount allowed? My credit is pretty good.
