If you are nervous about what she will write, just have her return the recommendation back to you, so you can read what she wrote. For some of my recs. when I applied, there was a question asking if you waived your right to read the recommendation, and I checked no on all of mine. This was not really because I doubted what they would right, although it was definitely a benefit, but because I wanted to send all the parts of my application to the school I applied to. That way, there was not one piece of required information missing from the application. If you have one thing missing from your application, they will not process it, and most likely will not give you the courtesy of notifying you either.
If she is a good manager, she will write a good recommendation. If she isn't a good manager, then ask someone else, like an asst. manager or a doctor. I know someone who got in on 3 drs. recs. good luck.
