Hi

Hi everybody!

I am a senior in highschool who just got accepted to the school.

I want to become a CRNA. I really am not for the salaries and stuff like

that. I am highly interested in medical field, and I would like to work in OR.

I would also like to be active(or siginificant) figure in OR.

However, I am an international student who has very*1000 limited

opportunity to go to med school. That's why I've chosen nursing as my

first step.

I am going to have to register for my classes for the generals..

but what should I really take during my freshman and sopmore year considering that I am going to go to CRNA program?

I don't know.

pls give me some advices on the classes and some informations!!!

Thank you!

Have a good day

I would suggest contacting your advisor at your school. You need to take the classes that our prerequisites for your school's or the school you wish to attend's nursing program. Good luck.

Re: Hi

You'll definately have to talk to your school regarding pre-reqs you need to take for your nursing department.

I don't want to sound demeaning, but since you are an international student I would definately recommend taking extra English classes. The knowledge for nursing and especially CRNA is very in depth and difficult to understand even as someone with English as their main(and only) language. You will have to write numerous research articles and care plans and its important that you don't let something like that get in the way.

Best of luck.
