foreign grad newbie aspiring to be CRNA

I'm a nursing student in the Philippines about to graduate in March. I know the clinical practice in the Philippines is different and more advanced in the US with regards to equipment and clinical care. I also know that in order to even be considered to be accepted in a CRNA program I need at least a couple years of critical care experience. What requirements are there to become a critical/acute care nurse? I'd appreciate any replies or websites that may have an answer to my question. Thanks.
