Difficult obstacles in Nurse Anesthesia

Hey everyone! I'm new to the website, and the medical field. I jumped into Medical Assisting about 1 year ago, being that I couldn't decide what exactly I wanted to do with my life and ended up loving it. I've recently decided to become a RN, starting school in 2009 (if things work in my favor).

I would love to pursue a career as a CRNA and wanted to know everyones opinion as far as what was their most difficult obstacle to overcome in Nurse Anesthesia (academics & clinical), since I've been reading the forums and haven't stumbled upon anything pertaining to my question.
