Re: Classes filled 2 years in advance?????

They could mean the class that is graduating in 2009, I had a little shock when offerered a position for "the class of 2009". Maybe I was the only one confused....

Re: Classes filled 2 years in advance?????

I believe they mean the class of 2009. The class starting this fall will be the graduating class of 2009. I may be wrong, but I think that is what they are talking about.

The class of 2009 starts this year (2007). Now if they've filled the class starting in 2009 and ending in 2011, then that would be different. The school I'm associated with had interviews for the class of 2009 in Nov/Dec of 2006.

It's possible they mean they've filled their 2009 graduating class.

Re: Classes filled 2 years in advance?????

Many of the schools in this area are filling up the 2009 class. I think Montgomery, Villanova, Naz and Drexel are about 2 years out - depending when you apply. Jeff tends to be 1 year out. When I got into Villanova it was one year from my start month, but I think I might have had some dumb luck with the timing of my app. Some schools are way ahead. When I interviewed at Naz they were interviewing for both 2008 and 2009, for example.

No it definitely means the class that starts in 2009...the lady told me i need to apply two years in advance....i think thats a little nuts....but maybe it makes it easier because a lot of people can't really commit their lives that far in the future?

I'm talking about start year, not graduation year.

I'm interviewing at Montgomery in June, and I believe it's for the class starting in 2009... at least I hope so.
