How long does it take to become an RN?- Diploma - 3 years
- Associate Degree - 2 years
- BSN - 4 years
- RN to BSN can be 2-3 years
The statement at the top confuses me. So its only 4 years for BSN?
The information you have is not very accurate as far as how long it takes to receive an Assoc. degree. It takes two years of full-time nursing classes, in addition to about 12-18 months of pre-reqs. Total time is about 3-3.5 years for an Assoc. degree.
If you are planning on going to CRNA school, you might as well get your BSN in the beginning if possible.
