I don't think you (or the NP) have your information correct. There are 3 Nurse Anesthesia programs in California and although Kaiser Permanente/Cal State is one of them, the very first prerequisite requirement listed on their website is a baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BSN). That tells me there is no ADN-CRNA track at Cal State.
I also hate to break the bad news

but there are no ADN- CRNA tracks in the US since one of the requirements for admission to a nurse anesthesia program is from the Council on Accreditation (COA) is a BSN or "other appropriate baccalaureate degree". So get cracking on a baccalaureate!
