I'm curious to know how many (a) hospitals and (b) practice groups are welcoming new graduates. if anyone has any feel, i.e. 50%, etc., i'd appreciate it. also, if anyone has a knowledgeable estimate of what salary new grads are starting at these days i would really appreciate that too.
