No question, the Littmann III Cardiology scope is excellent for both adult and peds cardiology.

I agree with Janfrn. I work in the PICU as a new grad and we gets lots of heart kids....I have a Littmann Cardio III that I have used for both adults and peds and it's great. You can change the bell into a peds stethoscope if needed though I haven't really had to...I use the adult size even on the babies.
