Sick and tired of Med surg
Changing for a job in Nursing home,Advise please,Is it like jumping from frying pan into fire?

IMHO...yup. Look for a preceptorship in critical care or clinical work.

I don't know... I changed from med-surg to a nursing home, and I absolutely love it. It depends on how you feel and the type of nursing you enjoy.
