well looks like the hospital in my town has all the positions that I could apply for already taken. Such a bummer! Not sure what to do but check the site for new ones but even though they show up they are in house first, now what do I do?

I'm sure something will turn up soon. Just try to stay positive and don't let yourself get discouraged. Are there any other hospitals semi-close by you could try?
