Why no break? I work nights and everyone I know that works nights, be it 8 or 12 needs to take a break to get something to eat. If you get a break figured in on daylight and evenings it should also be figured in on nights.

Most shifts at my hospital are 7-7, but in the ER people work 3-3, 5-5, 9-9, or 11-11 in addition to 7-7!
