I'm talking about hospitals in areas where uhhh people live fairly well? What's the word that I'm looking for? urban or rural?

Does Orange County count? I started working at Kaiser in Februrary of this year. Starting salary as a new grad is $27.00/hr with a shift differential of $3.00/hr for evenings.
