Hi All,
I recently graduated and passed my boards and am now a LPN. I started sending out resumes (on-line) once I graduated and then a few more since I got my license. It has been about 2 1/2 weeks now and I haven't heard anything!! I really hate the whole on-oline application process. I also attended a job fair and was either told that they do not want LPNs or that they did not have the availability for a new grad w/out any experience. I am not sure what to do!!! I really want to start to get experience and do not know where to look!! Please any advise would be appreciated!!!

Your not alone! I am also a new graduate & have passed my boards but everything I come across is asking for at least 1 year exp.

I also posted a question like this in the forum for my state and haven't got any responses.
Just wanted to let you know that your not alone!
