New Grad- small hospital

I will graduate in May with my RN- I have worked throughout my entire nursing school time at a small hospital in Idaho. I have been hired onto the Medical Floor at the same hospital when I graduate. I am a little worried about keeping my skills up. Does anyone have any suggestions for a new grad working in a small hospital. I am the type that loves action and I will get some ER shifts, but how can I keep my knowledge and skill base up to standard? I love the hospital and the people I work with but I am just worried... any suggestions?
