New Grad Programs

I am a nursing student in Hawaii, soon my school days will be over and it will be time for me to look for work.

I have my eyes set in the ICU or ER and intersted in hospitals that have new/grad programs and was wondering if anybody had any information on the quality of theese programs:

Such as the sutter hospitals and kaiser in the Bay area, Kaiser and memorial hospitals in Southern California. Or even county hospitals.

And if anybody knows anything about new grad programsi n Mississippi particularly the hattiesburg area (forest general) that would be great

Thanks for all your help

That guy nurse
