Need to interview a LPN-only five questions

I just started my first month in a LPN program, and I am needing to interview a LPN for a class paper. I have five questions I am needing answered, and I would love for someone to help me out! I could post the questions if anyone would email their answers back to me. I am needing it done by Thurs. Sorry for late notice!
