Here's the story.... I had a patient with multiple MDs consulting. I spoke to one of the MDs who's PA wrote the medication order,... to write a med script for discharge. That MD ******* at my preceptor who was training me.. that the Primary MD needs to do all of this not them...

His stupid PA started and wrote the medication order... HOw dumb is that?
