Legalities of a temporary license

Hi, I got a job about 3 weeks ago in a nursing home on my temporary license, (I take boards on october 11), anyway, the DON told me today she is putting me on a med cart Monday alone..
Is this legal under temporary provisions and also
we are waiting on state to come in and I do not want to risk losing
a license I haven't even received yet by violating those provisions.
I am really stressing over this, others are telling me it is fine as long as a RN is in the building but I understand from my temps that she has to be physically with me. What do you all think?
