Think about which clinical rotation you liked best and the rotations you didn't like so much. Eliminate those. Then go through the rotations you liked and write a list of what you liked about each and narrow from that. Make sure whatever you choose, it will be in something that you wont mind attending classes for and continuing to learn about daily. Decide whether or not you like the ICU setting or the floor setting, step down even. LOL, I wouldn't recommend you throwing a dart. I graduate in May, and I chose PICU for myself. I work on an ICU now as a care partner (cna basically) and I really like the ICU setting and the type of patients. I love kids, so I coupled the two together. Just try to find out what you like.
