First day jitters

Tomorrow is my first day on my first job as an RN. It's only orientation but Im still nervous. I think Im more nervous about the other nurses on the unit not liking "the new nurse."

Re: First day jitters

I totally understand where you are coming from. I feel the same way you do. My first day of orientation as a new RN is Wednesday. Good luck to you

Re: First day jitters

I remember hating that feeling. I hate starting new jobs for the same reasons. I agree though, It is most difficult being a new RN starting a new job. Good luck. You will get through it! I hope that the job works out for you and that you love the area in which you are working.
