any upcoming nursing career fairs?

sigh* im a new grad. and currently work at LTC for a couple of months now which i absolutely hate. and i feel all my effort of applying and putting myself out there is hopeless because i want to go into a specialty and i hear the same excuse everytime "were looking for someone with experience"...i dont know anymore
